Bioflux Publishing House was established in 2008. It is affiliated with the National Library of Romania and publishes both printed and electronic works, with a strong emphasis on online publication. Bioflux publishes non-serial works (books) as well as serial publications (journals), each identified by its own ISBN (International Standard Book Number) or ISSN (International Standard Serial Number).
Bioflux Publishing House is officially recognized by the National Council for Scientific Research in Higher Education (CNCSIS), based on the evaluation of publication quality (CNCSIS code 326).
Experienced authors are aware that publishing a book in printed format today involves significant material costs, which increase proportionally with the print run. At the same time, the impact of a book is directly related to its circulation. Publishing a work in a limited number of printed copies significantly reduces its chances of reaching its intended audience.
An additional solution offered by our publishing house is online publication, which enables rapid dissemination of information, global accessibility, unlimited reproduction, and efficient digital storage, all without significant additional costs for the author. Furthermore, online publishing reduces cellulose consumption and minimizes the environmental impact associated with traditional paper-based publishing.
For these reasons, virtual libraries and online publishing represent an important step forward in the advancement of human civilization, culture, and science.
Online books, like printed books, are assigned their own ISBN. This ensures that electronic publications are fully equivalent in academic and publishing value to printed works. Many authors have wished to publish a book but were discouraged by the associated costs. We now offer the opportunity to publish books at substantially lower cost, while ensuring significantly greater dissemination potential and increased likelihood of citation.
